My customer has been live with NetSuite for just over 12 months, after a recent review they are looking to bring on a NetSuite Administrator to develop work-flows and Saved searches to meet the business requirements within Finance. This will be an initial full time contract for 3 months there after the customer would like to use the individual on a ADHOC basis for ongoing work.
Skills & Responsibilities
* Manage configuration changes to fields, work-flows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards.
* Maintenance of customisations of saved searches.
* Training staff on new processes made.
* Manage data import, data cleansing, de-duplication, and data maintenance efforts.
* Streamlining financial processes.
