Job Description
We have an excellent client Based In Canada with an App that Supports NetSuite in several different ways, making a huge difference in the efficiencies in NetSuite. This company is looking for additional support with a NetSuite Customer Success manager, who can help clients and customers with the application, and making sure they are reaping the benefits from implementation to post go live.
Role & Responsibilities
* Customer Success Manager for a NetSuite SDN Partner
* Implementation, Administration, Tech Support, Training, Client Facing
* Ability to help with fields, forms, saved searches , troubleshooting, QA
* Manages a Portfolio of clients
Skills & Qualifications
* Client Facing/Ability to train people in NetSuite is a must
* Ability to juggle a portfolio of customers
* NetSuite Administration experience
* Audit or Public Accounting Knowledge Helpful but Not a requirement
