Job Responsibilities
Reporting into the Controller, you will be responsible for performing general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations and management reporting as necessary. Your day to day duties will include:
* Supporting general financial needs of the organization by working collaboratively with various departments to provide information
* Performing daily accounting and reporting activities regarding general ledger maintenance
* Performing analyses and prepare accounting entries related to numerous areas.
* Performing monthly account reconciliations and assisting in the monthly and yearly closing process.
* Providing detailed analyses and explanations of transactions, margin analysis, sales reporting
* Collaborating with other departments to coordinate and compile financial reports to present information in a clear and concise manner to resolve specific questions, provide insight into company operations and enable decision making
Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management required
* Hands-on experience on NetSuite OR NetSuite implementation experience
* Experience in full-cycle accounting in a medium to large sized corporation
* Experience in manufacturing industry or heavy equipment industry
* Prior experience working collaboratively with various department and groups
