Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

* Customer Success Manager for a NetSuite SDN Partner- Administrator & Consultant
* Implementation of SDN Products that integrate with NetSuite
* Administration for clients: Roles, Permissions, Access Review, fields, forms, saved searches , troubleshooting
* Tech Support, Training, Client Facing
* Manages a portfolio of clients

Skills & Qualifications

* Must Have experience as a NetSuite Administrator
* Client Facing/Ability to train people in NetSuite is a must
* Ability to juggle a portfolio of customers
* Audit or Public Accounting Knowledge Helpful but Not a requirement
