Our client:
Our client is a long-standing enterprise-level engineering systems company. They are a family-owned business with a rich company history and lots of long-standing employees, which they owe to their friendly and supportive culture. They are looking for someone to take over the NetSuite Support responsibilities, as the person who was previously handling these duties has received a promotion into a larger role.
The role:
You will provide NetSuite support for staff members globally, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving system functionality issues, as well as system configurations and integrations.
Responsibilities:
* NetSuite system administration tasks, including user account management, custom fields, saved searches, workflows, etc.
* System troubleshooting, particularly related to NetSuite Finance, Order Management, and Inventory Management modules
* Collaborative participation in system testing and upgrades, and user training
Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience with NetSuite ERP system support
* Strong communication skills
* Willing & able to commute to Southwest Sydney
