Currently working with a client that is looking for a senior developer looking to take their next step at a time of company growth. They are looking for someone who is ready to lead a team of experienced developers.
Some responsibilities will include:
* Motivate the team and ensure they are working towards the organisational goals and growth plans
* Embrace the culture and help to enclose it within the development team, creating a proactive environment for current and future team members
* Ensure we have the right tools in place to support junior developers and apprentices. Enabling them to become successful members of the team.
* Work with the HR Manager to develop training and onboarding plans for new team members
What we need from you:
* Previous experience as a Head of Development or a Senior Developer looking to take your next step
* Track record of managing growth and expanding teams
* Experience in managing development in cloud and on premises technologies
* Experience of developing within an ERP solutions environment
