Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

* Report writing - working with key users to write and maintain 'Saved Searches' and Reports in NetSuite
* Working with the Management team to understand business needs to identify best solutions
* Leading on administrative functions such as page layout, reports data field and workflow configuration
* Focusing on data quality, platform usage and testing functional correctness
* NetSuite system administration - managing all aspects including user account/role maintenance; update of SuiteApps; management of schedule releases and release previews; and manage Sandbox refreshes.
* Search for new tools or solutions that maximise NetSuite productivity
* Expanding NetSuite literacy in the wider organisation through training and documentation

Skills & Qualifications

* Enthusiastic and dynamic nature
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A desire to show initiative and ability to work under pressure.
* Determined, self-motivated and able to act confidently on own initiative.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills and accurate record-keeping skills
* A good team player with a personable manner.
* Excellent level of IT skills, particularly NetSuite and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Previous experience in NetSuite Admin based roles preferred.
