NetSuite Sr. Staff Accountant, Finance Analyst - Arizona (Hybrid) - Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid)
Multiple NetSuite end-user companies in a few different industry channels are looking to hire Sr. Accountants, Sr. Staff Accountants, AP/AR Specialist and FP&A Managers this month. A few of these companies have pre-existing NetSuite systems already in place and need additional full-time support, while others have implementation go-live dates set for the summer months and will continue to need hiring for these deadlines.
They are looking to hire someone with above average experience with NetSuite ERP in a previous role/company. These positions will work closely to assist and support the Assistant Controller/Controller and other team members as the businesses continue to expand.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Any hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP with functional knowledge of AP, AR, Payment Transactions, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report processes are all a plus
* Strong data management abilities, verbal and written communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of accounting experience
* CPA preferred, US GAAP Knowledge preferred
* Big 4 public accounting and similar industry experience a plus
* Experience with NetSuite ERP and/or system integration experience moving from Quickbooks or Microsoft Dynamics ERP to NetSuite highly preferred
* Complete vendor credit applications as requested
* Vendor bills, coding to cost center
* Experience pulling financial records and processing payment transactions
* SaaS or Cloud-based software experience a plus
* Set up new vendors, collect W-9s, year-end 1099s
* Reconcile AP accounts as part of the month-end close process
* Review and reconcile monthly corporate credit card statements and prepare corresponding journal entries
* Respond to employee questions related to expense reimbursements, credit cards, or AP policies
