Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

* Conduct complex business requirement analysis
* Provide advice and implementation options to key stakeholders
* Lead and deliver these enhancements through our enhancement methodology
* Build out the existing implementation to utilise currently unused functionality
* Promote "GOOD" from a NetSuite perspective across the organisation
* Be open and proactive to business needs and find solutions to those needs within the system
* Be an ambassador for NetSuite, demonstrated through vision and execution
* Take a highly "hands-on" approach to problem solving
* Respond to/resolve queries from the business, on a daily basis, related to NetSuite using the group ticket management system

Skills & Qualifications

* NetSuite Certified administrator who has experience working with Finance teams to translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions
* Experience as a NetSuite Administrator or within a similar role / function
* Previous experience building-out a NetSuite module or solution
* Comprehensive understanding of all modules within NetSuite, especially ARM and O2C
* Understanding of the internal NetSuite structure from a workflow perspective including relationship basis of modules and functions
* Ability to demonstrate cross-business understanding
* Understand the Professional Services Automation component of NetSuite
* Highly desirable - workflow and development knowledge
