Our client is looking for a stellar Support Consultant to join their Customer Success team. They are a high-performing Software Solution Provider, with the aim to expand their team.
The Role
The Support Consultant is responsible for the close liaison between the customers and consulting and product development teams to provide seamless solutions.
Responsibilities
* Provide high quality customer service and product support
* Identify and resolve system issues
* Coordinate product development, upgrades and documentation
* Create system customisations via JSON, NetSuite SuiteAnalytics, Advanced PDF, Search Searches and SuiteBuilder
To Be Considered
* NetSuite or other ERP systems support experience is essential
* Relevant Bachelor's degree, preferably Computer Science
* Stakeholder liaison experience is highly regarded
* Excellent communication skills
