The Client
Our client is an industry-leading cyber security distributor located in Melbourne. They are actively searching for a Finance Manager to lead their growing team.
The Role
The Finance Manager will be responsible for providing financial insights and recommendations to the business leaders. The candidate will provide financial support cross the business as necessary.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with the leadership team and internal stakeholders as it pertains to the needs of the business
* Guide strategic financial decision making to meet all statutory requirements, regulations and compliance requirements
* Manage and collaborate with the Finance team
* Review and optimise NetSuite systems as needed
* Review and lodge balance sheets, workflows, payroll, etc.
* Oversee monthly reconciliation and reporting
To Be Considered
* NetSuite experience is highly desirable
* CPA certification preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is desirable
* Team leadership skills is essential
* Strong administrative skills is required
