Alpharetta, GA

$150,000-$165,000 Base + 20% bonus

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all financial activities within the NetSuite platform.

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial transactions and reporting.

- Generate and analyze financial reports from NetSuite to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.

- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes within NetSuite.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and efficiency improvements.

- Establish and maintain robust internal controls within NetSuite to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

- Conduct periodic reviews and audits to monitor compliance and address any discrepancies.

- Work closely with IT and NetSuite administrators to configure and customize the system to meet the evolving needs of the finance department.

- Stay updated on new NetSuite features and functionalities to maximize the platform's capabilities.

- Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with other departments to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.

- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors during financial audits.

- Ensure all necessary documentation is available and accurate for audit purposes.


- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or relevant professional certification is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial management role.

- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionality and configuration.

- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
