Sr. NetSuite Administrator - Chandler, Arizona (hybrid remote)
One of our best clients in Arizona is looking to hire an experienced NetSuite Administrator and ERP leader to join their growing team. You'll be responsible for leading the NetSuite ERP platform plans going forward, and they're looking for someone to take ownership of the system, collaborate with finance, accounting, IT, operations, and procurement to ensure best practices, implement automated processes and maximize the NetSuite ERP modules currently in place.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Administer the NetSuite platform following best practices and supporting customizations for our company
* Engage with end users to understand business requirements and help identify the most effective solutions to issues
* Provide technical assistance to end-users and support them by holding training sessions on user adoption
* Manage deployment process for ERP, CRM, WMS, & OneWorld modules
* Primary point of contact to NetSuite Support
* Any added NetSuite ERP development and maintenance of custom application extensions using system API and third party tools
* Developing, documenting and following formal policies, procedures and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc
* Serve as NetSuite system expert during design sessions
* Be able to understand all business requirements and processes and translate into deliverable tasks across various business units
* Communicate regularly with C-Suite and marketing/finance/accounting leaders to implement best and most automated business processes across the company.
