NetSuite FP&A Manager, FP&A Analyst - Phoenix, Arizona (hybrid)

Multiple clients we're working with in Phoenix, Arizona are looking to hire FP&A Analysts and FP&A Managers to come onsite for these new opportunities, and the job requirements for these positions are listed below.

This role requires a broad understanding and appreciation of accounting and business operations and leading all financial budgeting and forecasting, providing ERP decisions and general NetSuite Admin support & business systems analysis.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Any hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP with functional knowledge of AP, AR, Payment Transactions, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report processes are all a plus
* Strong data management abilities, verbal and written communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of accounting experience
* CPA preferred, US GAAP Knowledge preferred
* Big 4 public accounting and similar industry experience a plus
* Business intelligence tools - Postgres, SQL Server, MySQL, Power BI, Tableau, API development, ETL
* Experience with NetSuite ERP and/or system integration experience moving from Quickbooks or Microsoft Dynamics ERP to NetSuite highly preferred
* Complete vendor credit applications as requested
* Vendor bills, coding to cost center
* Experience pulling financial records and processing payment transactions
* SaaS or Cloud-based software experience a plus
* Set up new vendors, collect W-9s, year-end 1099s
* Reconcile AP accounts as part of the month-end close process
* Review and reconcile monthly corporate credit card statements and prepare corresponding journal entries
* Respond to employee questions related to expense reimbursements, credit cards, or AP policies
