Role & Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee all financial activities within the NetSuite platform.
* Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial transactions and reporting.
* Generate and analyze financial reports from NetSuite to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes within NetSuite.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and efficiency improvements.
* Establish and maintain robust internal controls within NetSuite to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
* Conduct periodic reviews and audits to monitor compliance and address any discrepancies.

Work closely with IT and NetSuite administrators to configure and customize the system to meet the evolving needs of the finance department.

Stay updated on new NetSuite features and functionalities to maximize the platform's capabilities.

Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with other departments to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
*

Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors during financial audits.
*

Ensure all necessary documentation is available and accurate for audit purposes.

Skills & Qualifications

*

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
*

Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial management role.
*

In-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionality and configuration.
*

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
*

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
