An exciting opportunity has arisen within the NetSuite Team to support the organization during an important and high-growth period. As one-half of a team of two, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of NetSuite build, running projects to enhance and update the system in support the company's mission. As a small team supporting a fully featured and highly customized NetSuite environment, the position is an excellent development opportunity and will allow you to make the role your own. You will gain exposure to a range of Financial and non-Financial NetSuite modules and rigorous testing & change-management processes.
Key responsibilities:
* Providing first and second line support to userbase of 200 staff across multiple countries
* Helpdesk ticket triage & management.
* User onboarding/offboarding, including training users across a range of business functions.
* Ownership of projects/initiatives to enhance the NetSuite environment.
* Processing Change Controls for fixes and system changes using MasterControl and Strongpoint for NetSuite.
* Interrogating NetSuite audit trails, system notes, and workflow logs as part of ticket resolution / troubleshooting.
* Resolving 'how to' NetSuite queries for a variety of business functions.
* Conducting walkthroughs and training using the NetSuite Sandbox environment.
* Creating and editing Saved Searches and Reports for various business functions.
* Management of open Change Controls in both MasterControl and Strongpoint for NetSuite.
* Generating knowledgebase articles/guides for NetSuite users.

Desirable skills/experience:
* Ability to demonstrate a strong track record as a NetSuite Administrator, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
* A working background in accounting or an accounting qualification such AAT, Part Qualified CIMA or ACCA.
* Ability to gather and develop business requirements from users.
* Experience generating advanced searches and reports in NetSuite.
* Experience using a ticketing/helpdesk tool such as Service Now.
* An understanding of multi subsidiary and multi-currency accounting either academically or through prior experience.
* Knowledge of Change Control and Quality Assurance processes and documentation
* Experience using Mastercontrol or similar Quality Management System
* Experience using Strongpoint
* Experience with NetSuite features/SuiteApps: NetSuite OneWorld, Advanced Inventory, Supply Planning, Manufacturing & Work Orders, StrongPoint, and RFSmart.
