NetSuite IT Support Specialist / Administrator

Job Summary

This position will support the company to ensure that all hardware and software remains
functional and accessible to all employees. Primary responsibilities include:

* Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
* Maintaining multiple project management boards for high level visibility of open projects and status
* Completing project assessment forms for project requests with outside developers
* Maintain integrations between Shopify and NetSuite to support various business needs.
* Assist with creation and maintenance of users, roles, permissions on several business platforms for employee on & off-boarding
* Supporting accounting department with month-end close

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

* 1-2 years experience with Netsuite
* 1-2 years experience with Shopify
* 1-2 years experience with G Suite
* Strong oral communication skills to gather information from employees and explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
* Keen eye for detail
* Multi-tasking & strong organizational skills to juggle multiple competing priorities
* Must be willing to travel to Ft. Lauderdale, FL if needed
