Ocean County, NJ
$100,000 - $130,000 base salary
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver financial reports, including operational metrics and liquidity forecasts to Senior leadership
- Conduct detailed financial analyses, including variance analysis, to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Lead the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
- Support sales team efforts in managing business pipelines and collaborate with the Accounting Manager on financial operations including AR/AP and supplier payments.
- Support ongoing NetSuite financial system implementation
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the accounting structure and its impact on financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience with NetSuite ERP
- 5 years accounting
-3+ years experience leading Month-end
- FP&A experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA, MBA) preferred.
