Our client, a leading company in the insurance industry, is seeking a talented NetSuite Financial Systems Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful implementation and maintenance of NetSuite across multiple entities within the organization. You will work closely with both the Accounting and Implementation teams, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of NetSuite's financial systems.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Accounting team to gather requirements and identify areas for improvement in financial processes and reporting within NetSuite.
* Assist with the implementation and configuration of NetSuite financial modules, ensuring they meet the company's accounting and reporting needs.
* Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and system configuration documentation.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite financial systems, working closely with end-users to understand their challenges and provide effective solutions.
* Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy within NetSuite.
* Conduct regular system audits and participate in testing activities to ensure the reliability and efficiency of NetSuite financial systems.
* Provide end-user training and support to improve the understanding and utilization of NetSuite's financial functionalities.
* Stay updated with NetSuite releases, new features, and best practices, incorporating them into the organization's financial processes.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
* Previous experience implementing NetSuite financial modules (such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets) is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in NetSuite or other ERP systems.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel or Tableau.
* NetSuite certifications (such as SuiteFoundation or SuiteAnalytics) are a plus
