Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000 base salary

Job Description: As a NetSuite Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation and utilization of the NetSuite platform within our client's organization. You will work closely with different departments, including finance, operations, and IT, to ensure that NetSuite aligns with the company's business processes and objectives. This is a great opportunity for both experienced and junior level Admins to be provided with training and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
NetSuite Configuration and Customization:
* Customize and configure NetSuite modules according to business needs.
* Develop workflows, custom records, and fields to automate processes and improve efficiency.
* Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
System Maintenance and Support:
* Perform regular system maintenance, including user management, data cleanup, and system upgrades.
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution.
* Conduct data analysis and report generation to assist with decision-making processes.
* Act as the primary point of contact for end-user support and provide training as needed.
Integration and Data Management:
* Collaborate with IT teams to integrate NetSuite with other business systems.
* Manage data imports, exports, and data mapping between NetSuite and other platforms.
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by conducting regular audits and quality checks.
* Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Continuous Improvement and Best Practices:
* Stay up to date with NetSuite's latest features, releases, and industry trends.
* Identify opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements, and automation.
* Implement best practices for system usage, data governance, and security.
* Assist in the development and execution of testing plans for system upgrades and new functionalities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role.
* Familiarity with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk is highly desirable.
* Experience with data management, import/export processes, and integration with third-party systems.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* NetSuite certifications, such as SuiteFoundation or Administrator, are a plus.
