My client is seeking a Financial Analyst with extensive NetSuite experience to play a crucial role in their finance department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting while also being proficient in utilizing NetSuite for managing financial data and processes. As a Financial Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insightful financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Role & Responsibilities

* Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance metrics evaluation, to provide actionable insights to management.
* NetSuite Expertise: Utilize NetSuite ERP software to manage financial data, perform reconciliations, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and maintenance of annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals.
* Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
* Ad-hoc Projects: Contribute to special projects and initiatives as required, providing financial analysis and recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications

* Proficiency in NetSuite ERP software is essential.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Excellent knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
