As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of the company's financial systems and processes. Role & Responsibilities
* You will play a critical role in ensuring the effective utilization of NetSuite as a business system, enabling seamless operations, data management, and driving business growth within the organization.
* Manage and maintain the integrity and functionality of financial systems, including but not limited to ERP, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools, and reporting platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements
* Configure and customize financial systems to align with business needs, ensuring data accuracy, system controls, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Ensure the smooth operation, configuration, and optimization of the NetSuite platform within an organization
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably in a complex corporate environment.
* Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes.
* Experience in system configuration, customization, and integration is highly desirable.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Manage and maintain the integrity and functionality of financial systems, including but not limited to ERP, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools, and reporting platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose solutions to enhance financial operations.
* Familiarity with Celigo, an integration platform, and experience in integrating NetSuite with other business applications using Celigo or similar integration tools.
