Role & Responsibilities


System Configuration and Customization Role: As a NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing the NetSuite platform to meet the specific needs of your organization.

Customize forms, fields, and records to capture and store relevant business information.
Configure workflows, automation scripts, and alerts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Set up user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and appropriate user access.
* Import, export, and manage data using data import tools to ensure data integrity and cleanliness.
Integrate NetSuite with third-party applications, such as CRM systems or e-commerce platforms, to facilitate seamless data flow.

Skills & Qualifications

* Data Configuration: Ability to configure fields, records, forms, and workflows within NetSuite to align with the organization's business processes.
* Integration Expertise: Skill in integrating NetSuite with other applications using integration tools, APIs, and middleware solutions.
* Data Management: Knowledge of data import/export techniques, data cleansing, and data quality maintenance.
* User Training: Ability to deliver training sessions to users, explaining NetSuite features, functionalities, and best practices.
* Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to provide timely and helpful support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
* Documentation: Skill in creating user guides, documentation, and FAQs to assist users in navigating the system independently.
