Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
* Strongly preferred knowledge of, or ability to learn NetSuite, or similar ERP.
* Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
* Knowledge of accrual-based accounting.
* Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite with proficient-level skills in Excel.
* 6+ years of accounting experience.
Required Attributes:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of general financial accounting and construction cost accounting.
* Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting software.
* Uncompromising integrity and confidentiality.
* Sound understanding of bookkeeping and the ability to apply the concepts to specific situations.
* Solid analytical skills with the ability to work in a collaborative manner in a team-based environment.
* Solutions-oriented person.
* Demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing assignments.
* Ability to demonstrate flexibility to get the job done.
* Ability to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines.
