As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the ecommerce operations by leveraging your expertise in NetSuite and Celigo to enhance system functionality, streamline processes, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
* Utilize your deep understanding of ecommerce operations, NetSuite, and Celigo to analyze, document, and communicate business processes, requirements, and technical specifications.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and integration, enhancing the overall efficiency of our ecommerce ecosystem.
* Perform system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure accurate functionality and data integrity.
* Participate in project planning and management, ensuring timelines are met and objectives are achieved.
* Provide ongoing support to end users, troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and offering training as needed.
* Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ecommerce, NetSuite, and Celigo.
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in NetSuite co
* Strong hands-on experience with Celigo prefered
* Familiarity with data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools
* Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
