Position Overview:
As a NetSuite Administrator you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our manufacturing operations, implementing NetSuite solutions, and integrating various systems to streamline our processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Process Enhancement: Collaborate with the manufacturing team to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement using NetSuite functionalities. Streamline production workflows, material management, and inventory control to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

NetSuite Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of NetSuite modules to support manufacturing, inventory management, order processing, and other relevant functions. Customize NetSuite to align with the company's unique requirements.

Integration Expertise: Design and execute integration strategies between NetSuite and other business-critical systems such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, third-party logistics, and more. Ensure data consistency and real-time information flow across systems.

System Maintenance: Manage the day-to-day administration of the NetSuite platform, including user access, security settings, data quality, and troubleshooting. Stay updated with NetSuite releases and proactively implement new features as appropriate.

User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users to ensure they can effectively navigate and utilize NetSuite functionalities. Offer timely technical support and address user inquiries and issues related to NetSuite usage.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into manufacturing performance, inventory levels, order fulfillment, and other key metrics. Assist in making data-driven decisions.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, sales, and operations to understand business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
Qualifications:
* In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and supply chain concepts.
* Strong expertise in NetSuite implementation, customization, and configuration.
