Position Overview:

As a NetSuite Administrator you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's financial systems and processes. This position is critical to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of our NetSuite platform as we continue to grow and evolve. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

NetSuite System Administration: Manage and maintain the NetSuite platform, including user access, system configurations, workflows, customizations, and integrations.

Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within NetSuite by performing data imports, exports, and data cleansing as necessary.

Customization and Development: Collaborate with internal teams or external consultants to design, implement, and maintain customizations, scripts, and workflows to meet specific business requirements.

User Support and Training: Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting.

Integration Management: Manage and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business-critical systems, ensuring data flows seamlessly.

Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide insights into financial and operational performance.

Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices, including role-based access control and data privacy regulations.

System Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay up-to-date with NetSuite releases and collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements.

Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, including system configuration, customization, and administration.
* NetSuite certification(s) preferred.
* Strong understanding of financial processes and terminology.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
* Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
