Position Overview:

As a Strategic Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future by developing and executing strategic plans that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability. This company is looking for an individual with a strong analytical mindset, Workforce Management/Planning experience, and proficiency in NetSuite to help us optimize our operations and make informed strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term and short-term strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities and threats, assess market trends, and support decision-making processes. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.

Workforce Management/Planning: Lead workforce planning efforts, including forecasting staffing needs, optimizing resource allocation, and monitoring workforce performance. Ensure that the company's workforce is aligned with strategic objectives.

Financial Analysis: Assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives and make recommendations for resource allocation. Monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and performance against financial targets.

NetSuite Expertise: Utilize your proficiency in NetSuite to gather and analyze relevant financial and operational data. Leverage NetSuite capabilities to improve reporting, automation, and efficiency in strategic planning processes.

Communication and Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders. Clearly communicate strategic plans, progress, and key findings to ensure alignment and commitment to strategic goals.

Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests and ensure the successful execution of strategic plans.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Chemistry, Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred).
* Proven experience in strategic planning,
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
* Workforce Management/Planning experience, including knowledge of workforce optimization tools and methodologies.
* Proficiency in NetSuite
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong project management and leadership abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
