In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Director of Systems to drive the adoption of NetSuite across the company. Your responsibilities will include:With a rich history spanning over 50 years and a vast network of customers across North America, Asia, and Europe, this company is a true leader in the industry. This is your chance to make your mark by spearheading the deployment of NetSuite in a well-established organization and contributing to its continued growth and success.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to on board various business units onto the NetSuite platform.
* Creating comprehensive functional design and specifications documents that capture workflow processes.
* Building and customizing NetSuite features to align with the organization's unique requirements.
* Developing Suitelets, managing third-party integrations, and implementing scripts and workflows.
* Crafting dashboards, reports, and other critical tools for effective data management and analysis.
* Facilitating training for existing staff, ensuring a seamless transition to the new system.
* Providing ongoing support and coordination with NetSuite support as needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Accounting, or Engineering; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
* Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successful system implementation.
* Strong proficiency in Suitescript 1.0 and 2.0, API architectures, and solutions.
* Previous experience with NetSuite administration and B2B website implementation.
* In-depth understanding of general business practices and ERP systems.
