This company has recently been acquired, propelling them into an exciting phase of expansion and transformation! As they continue to evolve, they are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join their Global IT department. In this role you will be able to enhance their business processes and procedures, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization!
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and manufacturing, to identify areas for improvement in existing business processes.
* Lead and participate in the analysis, design, and documentation of business requirements, workflows, and system integration points.
* Utilize your deep understanding of NetSuite to drive efficient and effective implementations, ensuring alignment with business needs.
* Take ownership of the end-to-end implementation process, from requirements gathering to testing and training.
* Identify opportunities to integrate various systems and technologies, streamlining data flow and enhancing overall system capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, with a focus on improving processes and procedures.
* Hands-on experience with NetSuite, including configuration, customization, and implementation.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
* Experience with system integration and data migration projects.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Must be able to travel about 25%+
* Communication skillset to work amongst several time tones
