Senior Project Manager: Greater Washington, DC
Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead cross-functional teams to drive projects from inception to commercialization, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Coordinate and oversee all project phases, including planning, design, development, testing, manufacturing, and launch.
* Utilize your expertise in medical devices, biotech, and manufacturing to provide strategic guidance and technical insights throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to align project objectives, mitigate risks, and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and status updates for effective communication and transparency across teams.
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating and inspiring team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; a Ph.D. is highly preferred.
* Proven experience in project management, ideally within the biotech, medical devices, or manufacturing industry, overseeing projects from conception to commercialization.
* Strong background and understanding of bio processing methodologies and practices.
* Possession of S2 Certification/Training is highly advantageous.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively interact with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
