NetSuite Administrator - Manchester, NH
My client is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to join their growing Manufacturing team in Manchester, NH. This role offers attractive benefits, including Unlimited PTO, an Education Stipend, and significant growth potential.
NetSuite OneWorld Expertise
* Manage and optimize NetSuite OneWorld modules to support global Manufacturing operations.
* Ensure accurate multi-subsidiary financial consolidation and reporting.
Warehouse Management System (WMS):
* Utilize WMS within NetSuite to streamline and enhance warehouse and inventory management processes.
* Implement efficient inventory control measures.
Salesforce Integration:
* Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to maintain and optimize Salesforce integration with NetSuite.
* Ensure smooth data flow and synchronization between systems.
System Maintenance and Support:
* Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure the stability and reliability of their NetSuite environment.
* Provide timely technical support to end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving challenges.
Data Management and Security:
* Oversee data migration, integration, and data quality to maintain accurate records.
* Implement and enforce data security measures to protect sensitive Manufacturing data.
Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator in the Manufacturing sector is a plus
* Proficiency in NetSuite OneWorld and WMS functionalities is a plus
* Strong understanding of Manufacturing operations and processes is a plus
* Salesforce integration experience is highly desirable
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams
