This expanding organization is looking for a NetSuite Administrator to guide with best practices through an implementation. They are offering a strong benefits package as well as a growing company culture. This organization is a non-profit with a great mission and has many goals in the coming years that this position will assist in accomplishing. The team is actively looking to bring a NetSuite Administrator in after the main point person in the implementation needed to take a leave of absence. Responsibilities
* Oversee the NetSuite system and ensure the Business Needs are taken into account within the NetSuite system.
* Support the Users on the system with KPIs, Saved Searches, Custom Reports, User Training, and Workflows
* Work with external consusltants to ensure the implementation meets it's Go-Live date.
* Oversee integration of Salesforce into NetSuite post-implementation
* Assist the Operations team in ensuring the WMS system is accurate
* Act as Project Manager for any upcoming NetSuite Projects
Ideal Experience
* Proficiency with NetSuite ERP - Implementation experience
* Excellent communication, analytical, customer service, and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel
* Strong presentation skills
* Preferred knowledge in Operations
