My client is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist-NetSuite (ON-SITE in Commerce, CA)
* Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
* Ensure billing and payroll are paid in a timely manner, while adhering to department procedures.
* Assist Accountants and other financial professionals while creating and editing financial documents
* Reconcile and report and discrepancies found in the records
