Sr NetSuite Administrator

Vienna SR Admin


Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite system administration, including configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and user support
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver effective solutions within NetSuite
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of NetSuite processes, system configurations, customizations, and integrations
Manage and execute the NetSuite release process, including the evaluation of new features and impact analysis of changes on existing processes
Create and maintain custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization
Train and support end-users, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of NetSuite functionalities and best practices
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations, driving increased efficiency and effectiveness within the organization
Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed for system enhancements, integrations, and support


Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
2+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite administration, configuration, and customization
In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory
NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent experience is highly preferred
Strong understanding of business processes and requirements, with the ability to translate them into effective NetSuite solutions
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
