NetSuite Systems Manager

My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Systems Manager with a strong background in implementing and optimizing NetSuite solutions within the Biotechnology industry. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionalities, customization, and integration capabilities. As a NetSuite Systems Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining, enhancing, and supporting their NetSuite system to meet the evolving needs of their organization. Responsibilities:

NetSuite Implementation and Customization:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and configure NetSuite accordingly.
* Lead the implementation of new modules, functionalities, and system enhancements.
* Customize workflows, reports, dashboards, and other elements to optimize system performance.

System Maintenance and Support:

* Ensure the stability and reliability of the NetSuite platform by performing regular maintenance tasks and troubleshooting issues.
* Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving system-related problems promptly.

Integration Advisory:

* Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for integrating NetSuite with other business systems.
* Advise on best practices for successful integrations, working closely with our IT and development teams.

Data Management:

* Oversee data migration and data integrity within the NetSuite system.
* Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain accurate data records.

Training and Documentation:

* Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on effective NetSuite utilization.
* Create comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures and user guides.

Qualifications:

* Proven track record of successful NetSuite implementations and customization.
* Strong understanding of NetSuite's suite of products and functionalities.
* Experience with integration solutions (e.g., SuiteTalk, RESTlets, or Dell Boomi) is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with Biotechnology-specific processes and regulations is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
