My client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced NetSuite Developer to join thier innovative software team in Boston. As a Developer with expertise in SuiteScript, JavaScript, SuiteTalk, and Integrations, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions that power their products. Responsibilities:
Software Development:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand software requirements.
* Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using SuiteScript, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
* Implement efficient and scalable code, following best practices and coding standards.
SuiteTalk Integration:
* Leverage your expertise in SuiteTalk to create seamless integrations between our software products and external systems.
* Design and implement APIs, web services, and data flows for effective system communication.
Troubleshooting and Debugging:
* Identify and resolve software defects, bugs, and performance issues promptly.
* Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.
Documentation:
* Create and maintain clear technical documentation for software architecture, design, and code.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure knowledge sharing and smooth project hand-offs.
Continuous Improvement:
* Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
* Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience is also comparable.
* Proven experience as a Developer with expertise in SuiteScript and JavaScript.
* Strong familiarity with SuiteTalk for seamless software integrations.
* Hands-on experience with software integration techniques, APIs, and web services.
* Proficiency in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
* Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
