Key responsibilities:
* Manage and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Handle customer accounts, addressing discrepancies, and resolving disputes.
* Utilise NetSuite and Great Plains for daily financial operations and reporting.
* Prepare and analyse account reconciliation reports.
* Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth account management.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in accounts receivable or collections.
* 4 years of experience in account reconciliation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
* Familiarity with Great Plains required.
* Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
