Customer Service / Billing Specialist

Our client is a rapidly expanding medical manufacturing organization, and they are building out their accounting team by adding a Customer Service / Billing Professional.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, account balances, and payment status
* Process and monitor customer invoices and payments using NetSuite ERP
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and payment records
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in billing, customer service, or related role
* Proficiency with NetSuite ERP for billing and account management
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
