About Us:

Our client is a leading organization in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, dedicated to delivering quality products and innovative solutions to their customers. They are seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Administrator to lead their NetSuite ERP system's administration and optimization, ensuring it supports critical business processes across our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Manage NetSuite configurations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring optimal performance and security.

- Maintain user roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure compliance and data integrity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and recommend system solutions.

- Design, test, and deploy new modules, functionalities, and system updates to support business needs.

- Develop and execute an ERP strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on process streamlining and data visibility.

- Manage NetSuite-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

- Provide hands-on support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system errors efficiently.

- Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and training materials for end-users.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of NetSuite ERP administration experience

-Expertise in Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Plan to Produce, and Finance workflows.
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is highly desirable.
