NetSuite Administrator
I've partnered with a Retail company based in Portland who is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in NetSuite administration, particularly with NetSuite OneWorld, RF Smart, and Shopify integration. As a NetSuite Administrator, you'll play a vital role in optimizing their retail operations. Responsibilities:

NetSuite Optimization:
* Utilize your expertise in NetSuite OneWorld to maximize efficiency and accuracy in retail operations.
* Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to align with retail requirements.

RF Smart Integration:
* Seamlessly integrate and manage RF Smart to enhance inventory control and order fulfillment processes.
* Ensure accurate and real-time tracking of retail inventory.
*
Shopify Integration:
* Collaborate with the eCommerce team to maintain and optimize Shopify integration with NetSuite.
* Streamline order processing and inventory synchronization.
*
System Maintenance and Support:
* Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
* Provide timely technical support to end-users, resolving inquiries and challenges promptly.
*
Data Management and Security:
* Oversee data migration, integration, and data quality to maintain accurate records.
* Implement and enforce data security measures to protect sensitive retail data.
Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator in the Retail industry a plus.
* Proficiency in NetSuite OneWorld, RF Smart, and Shopify integration a plus.
* Strong understanding of retail operations and processes.
* Effective problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
