Job Summary:
As the Global Payroll Manager with SOX experience, you will be responsible for overseeing our international payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with SOX regulations, and the timely delivery of payroll services to our employees worldwide. You will lead a team of payroll specialists, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and continuously improve payroll operations to meet the evolving needs of our global workforce.
Key Responsibilities:

Global Payroll Management:
* Manage end-to-end global payroll processes, including data collection, processing, reconciliation, and distribution, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
* Supervise payroll staff, providing guidance and support, and fostering a high-performance culture within the payroll team.

SOX Compliance:
* Develop, implement, and maintain SOX-compliant payroll processes and controls.
* Regularly audit and assess payroll practices to ensure alignment with SOX requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
* Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and resolve any payroll-related issues.
* Support the implementation of payroll-related software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
