Job Description:
Role Objectives:

Oversee CRM system performance, integrity, and security.

Customize software to align with company needs.

Configure workflows, fields, layouts, and generate reports.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.

Collaborate with users on system processes and improvements.

Ensure data quality and manage data collection.
*
Coordinate with third-party vendors for CRM integration.

Implement third-party apps to enhance CRM functionality.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
*
Manage data imports, exports, and duplicate records.
*
Assist in job cost recording and sales reporting.
*
Review Netsuite ERP for process improvements and reporting.
*
Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, and roles.
Skills and Qualifications:
*
Proficiency in Netsuite or strong ERP skills.
*
Understanding of CRM best practices and data management.
*
Project management experience and integration knowledge.
*
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
*
IT certifications a plus.
*
Construction industry experience desirable.
*
Strong Excel and data entry skills.
*
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.
