Job Description
A growing company in Broward County is seeking to hire a NetSuite Administrator during their ongoing NetSuite implementation to start building their in-house knowledge of the platform. In this role, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring a successful implementation, ensuring user adoption, etc. This role will report directly into the C-Suite and will be relied upon heavily to ensure that the platform keeps up with the business' needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Help the C-Suite manage their NetSuite implementation by interfacing with outside partner
* Develop/optimize customized reports, dashboards, and saved searches
* Provide training and support to team members on utilizing NetSuite
* Maintain access level controls to ensure data is only accessible to appropriate personnel
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and implement system enhancements accordingly
* Oversee data migration, data cleansing, and data maintenance activities within Netsuite
* Stay informed on NetSuite best practices and recommend improvements based on industry standards
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a NetSutie Administrator with at least 3+ years of experience
* Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and data management
* Previous experience within a manufacturing organization is helpful
* Previous implementation experience is highly valuable
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science or related field
