Building on over a decade of NetSuite expertise

As an Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner, the business can now offer broader support across the NetSuite lifecycle, including strategic consulting, implementation support, optimization, managed services and AI-led innovation, while continuing to collaborate with trusted implementation partners and deliver the specialist talent solutions customers know Anderson Frank for.

Ian Clark, President of Tenth Revolution Group, Americas, said the milestone reflects the changing expectations of organizations investing in ERP transformation.

“Our customers are looking for partners who can combine strategic advice, delivery expertise and specialist talent to help them maximize the value of their NetSuite investment. These developments strengthen our ability to support customers throughout their transformation journey.”

Welcoming Tish Bates

Leading Anderson Frank’s expanding consulting capability is Tish Bates, an experienced ERP transformation leader who has successfully delivered more than 500 ERP implementations across a broad range of industries.

Her expertise spans finance, operations, enterprise applications, business process redesign and change management, helping organizations successfully implement technology while driving lasting business value.

She also brings a strong academic background, holding a doctorate in Business with an emphasis in Management. Her doctoral research examined the impact of change management on ERP user adoption within US small and medium-sized businesses.

Supporting organizations beyond implementation

For Bates, delivering a successful ERP project requires much more than deploying software.

“Successful ERP projects are about more than implementing technology. Organizations need the right strategy, strong governance, effective change management and experienced people to ensure their systems continue to deliver value long after go-live.”

She also sees AI becoming an increasingly valuable tool for organizations looking to improve productivity and decision making, provided it is introduced with clear objectives and appropriate governance.

With Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner status and expanded consulting expertise, Anderson Frank is now able to support customers across more stages of their ERP journey, from planning and implementation through to optimization, managed services and specialist NetSuite talent.
