They had just implemented NetSuite and they are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller to work along side of their Cheif Financial Officer and FP&A Manager.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Lead and coordinate the financial closing process and direct all accounting functions including consolidations, general accounting, cost accounting, credit and collections, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, insurance, bank compliance reporting, and cash management.
    * Manage a small team of direct reports and create a positive, engaged culture.
    * Lead and coordinate activities of external auditors.
    * Develop and manage standardization and automation of accounting practices, procedures, and controls globally throughout the organization to ensure financial statements are accurate and complete, that assets are safeguarded and records are properly maintained.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Responsible for credit and collections on accounts and distribution of aging and other reports to provide visibility to management to avoid potential issues
    * Evaluate and further develop the accounting and finance infrastructure to support a growing organization while implementing key policies and procedures to help produce departmental and operational efficiencies.Other duties as assigned.
