Key Responsibilities:



- Collaborate with departments to understand their business processes and requirements.

- Design and implement NetSuite solutions that meet business needs.

- Configure and customize NetSuite to align with business processes.

- Provide training and support to end users on the use of NetSuite.

- Work closely with other developers to design and implement customizations and integrations.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of solutions.



Qualifications:



- 3 years of demonstrated experience with NetSuite integrated web sites and applications

- Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture and modules including: CRM, Order to Cash, Inventory Management, NetSuite Planning & Budgeting , NetSuite Fixed Assets Management, NetSuite Warehouse Management System

- High proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder

Responsibilities:

* Lead the onboarding of business units to the NetSuite platform
* Develop comprehensive functional design documents outlining workflow processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
* Customize NetSuite and develop Suitelets as needed
* Manage third-party integrations and oversee data migration
* Design workflows, dashboards, reports, and KPIs to enhance operational efficiency
* Coordinate with development teams on scripting creation and deployment
* Facilitate integration with additional applications or add-ons
* Provide training and support to users, and serve as a liaison with NetSuite support as needed
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in relevant field
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Demonstrated expertise in system building and customization
* Proficiency in SuperScript, with a strong understanding of API architectures
* Prior experience with NetSuite administration
* Thorough understanding of general business practices

Job Summary: The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of the NetSuite ERP system. This role requires a proactive individual with hands-on experience in creating saved searches, workflows, and dashboards, as well as expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing or ecommerce industry and will play a crucial role in optimizing their ERP system to enhance business processes and support our growth.

Role & Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP system to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Configure and customize NetSuite modules to meet the needs of various departments.
* Create and maintain complex saved searches, workflows, and dashboards to support business operations and reporting requirements.
* Develop and implement efficient workflows to streamline business processes and improve data accuracy.
* Design and build dashboards to provide real-time insights and analytics for key stakeholders.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of EDI transactions, including orders, invoices, and shipping notifications.
* Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for system improvements and process enhancements.
* Lead NetSuite-related projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.

Skills & Qualifications

* Strong experience in creating and managing saved searches, workflows, and dashboards within NetSuite.

* Industry experience in manufacturing or ecommerce is highly preferred.

Job Description

Analyze, develop, document, troubleshoot and maintain IT solutions to meet operational requirements and solve business issues. Partner with stakeholders to play a crucial role in executing ERP initiatives across various business units. As the in-house NetSuite expert, recommend best practices related to NetSuite solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

* Evaluate business requirements, functional requirements and implement solutions in NetSuite
* Work with internal teams to manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts,custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards.
* Act as subject matter expert on NetSuite functionality and system design
* Review queries, scripts, workflows, and any other functionality or data, that is old for cleanup.

Skills & Qualifications

* 3-5 years NetSuite scripting
* 5-10 years JavaScript development
* Strong understanding/experience with finance, accounting, billing, and invoicing processes within NetSuite
