This is a newly created position born from the company's rapid growth and need for a strong technical leader to drive their systems strategy forward.

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for all things NetSuite-working cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless go-live and system adoption. Improve process efficiency and automation across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory management, and month-end close, ensuring data accuracy and strong master data governance.

Manage integrations with 3PLs, WMS, Shopify/eCommerce tools, planning platforms, and other enterprise systems; lead UAT, upgrades, and system enhancement projects.

Maintain system governance and documentation, oversee roles/permissions and internal controls, and deliver training, SOPs, and best practices to end users and key stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
*

5+ years of NetSuite administration, configuration, or functional experience (CPG or product-based industry strongly preferred).
*

Experience supporting modules such as: Inventory, Advanced Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, or WMS.
*

Hands-on experience with SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, workflows, and customizations.
*

Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Warehouse/3PL partners.

NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certifications preferred.
