    They are currently seeking an experienced Finance Systems Manager, focusing on NetSuite and related interfaces. In this role, you will provide continuous support to the finance function, collaborating with the IT team for necessary changes and enhancements.

    Responsibilities:

    * Act as the primary contact for NetSuite and other finance systems support, internally supporting the accounting/finance team and coordinating with the IT team.
    * Drive process improvements and efficiencies across our global accounting/finance organization.
    * Ensure proper configuration of business and functional requirements in NetSuite, interfacing with other systems
    * Maintain system access for all roles and ensure effective internal controls, including SOX compliance, through documenting system configuration and security changes
    * Manage finance information systems projects and prioritize related tasks.
    * Oversee the implementation of NetSuite releases for ongoing system upgrades, including conducting and managing user acceptance testing
    * Support end-user requests for new system searches/reports, KPIs, and dashboards
    * Troubleshoot and resolve advanced user issues, thoroughly documenting through the ticketing process
    * Manage application data connections and participate as a technical resource in 3rd party integrations
    * Document work/procedures comprehensively for reference, troubleshooting, and future iteration
    * Support internal and external audits while ensuring data integrity and timeliness

    Qualifications:

    * ERP and other finance systems administration experience
    * Experience at a public company under SOX compliance requirements
    * Proficient in processing multiple currencies
    * Experience in system implementation and integration
    * Strong understanding of financial accounting concepts
    * Effective communication with all levels, including management and external parties
    * Outstanding organizational skills, showcasing an ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail
    * Adaptability to changing circumstances and the ability to reprioritize as necessary
    * Detail-oriented, curious, self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
    * Experience with NetSuite, Adaptvie, & Floqast
