    Duties:

    * Responsible for all matters related to our corporate and production IT infrastructure, including support, hardware, software, problem resolution, documentation, security, assessment, and the design/build/implementation/maintenance of IT systems.     * Provide ongoing end-user technical support. Assist and coordinate with other departments and staff regarding technical systems and resources needed to fulfill project requirements; Identify, assess, evaluate, and test relevant solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness and make recommendations as needed;
    * Maintain the NetSuite application and other related 3rd party business applications for internal users;
    * Design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving needs;
    * Design, implement, and maintain 3rd party software connections to NetSuite to support various business needs
    * Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business processes centered on the NetSuite platform;
    * Managing ongoing list of projects purposed towards optimizing our systems to meet evolving business needs;
    * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration;

    Qualifications:

    * Experience with ERP administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments, including experience with NetSuite
    * Bachelor's degree in related discipline(s) (MIS, IT Business/Computer Science, and/or Accounting) preferred;
    * Basic Data Analysis experience with Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)
    * Successful and productive while working autonomously

    Job Description

    Situated within the finance team and reporting to the Director of Commercial Finance with a dotted line to the Group Financial Controller, the Finance Systems Manager will be responsible for the administration and ongoing development of both NetSuite and Adaptive Insights for the business globally.

    Overall purpose:

    * The role will be responsible for management and delivery of an ongoing enhancement / development roadmap for finance systems that continues to ensure NetSuite and Adaptive are providing value to the business.
    * The individual will provide a deep source of knowledge across both finance systems and will share expertise and support in systems modules, workflow, functionality, and configuration whilst providing on-going support and insights to the Finance / Business systems teams.
    * Provide internal expertise across finance systems and reduce reliance on existing finance members.



    Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

    * Be responsible for the day-to-day support and administration of NetSuite and Adaptive Insights for the global finance team
    * Take the lead on development projects, change requests and customisations which may require collaboration cross-functionally and working with external consultants/developers
    * Manage multiple requests and prioritise accordingly through the Finance Systems Roadmap, providing regular status updates to the FLT
    * Provide reconciliation between internal systems (Salesforce - NetSuite - Adaptive) and maintain strong data integrity
    * Point person for bugs and issues found in the systems, working through the issues, fixing the issues and escalating if required

    The Successful Applicant

    Essential

    * Must have a background of working in FP&A, Management Accounting, or Financial Accounting, and are able to demonstrate a good understanding of the outputs from financial systems to meet accounting, reporting and planning requirements.

    * Previous Netsuite administration experience.

    * Experience of a using a financial planning and reporting tool such as Workday Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, TM1, Hyperion etc.

    * Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, be proactive and able to deliver within agreed deadlines.
    * Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
