    Key Responsibilities

    *

    Systems Ownership & Support

    * Act as the primary in-house expert for NetSuite and related integrations (Celigo, SPS Commerce, Shopify, Amazon).
    * Monitor integration status, troubleshoot sync issues, and recommend solutions.
    * Manage saved searches, transaction flows, and upload templates for pricing and product updates.

    Integration Management

    * Oversee and refineintegrations betweenNetSuite and key platforms:

    * Celigo for eCommerce and marketplace connections.
    * SPS Commerce for EDI (with significant improvement needed).
    * Bill.com for AP integration.
    * Rippling for payroll and expense management.

    * Ensure stable connections and resolve issues impacting order flow and financial processes.

    Operational Support

    * Troubleshoot high-volume order sync issues (e.g., Shopify/Amazon bundles).
    * Support inventory management and WMS processes within NetSuite.
    * Collaborate with operations and finance teams to implement new pricing and upload scripts.

    Continuous Improvement

    * Identify gaps and propose enhancements to workflows and integrations.
    * Drive value-added initiatives beyond maintenance-help build scalable solutions for a fast-paced, growing business.

    Qualifications

    * Experience with NetSuite ERP and WMS in a hands-on technical/functional role.
    * Strong understanding of Celigo integrations
    * Experience with CPG operations, eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon), and WMS.
    * Familiarity with EDI (SPS Commerce), Bill.com, and payroll systems (Rippling) is a plus.
    * Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and recommend solutions.
    * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes.
    * Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally.
