What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end NetSuite projects, from discovery and design through go-live and post-implementation optimisation.
*
Strategically configure and customise core NetSuite modules (Financials, CRM, Inventory, Projects) to align with client business objectives.
*
Partner with technical teams and external stakeholders to design and implement seamless integrations.
*
Provide thought leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior consultants, building internal capability.
*
Identify opportunities for process automation, workflow optimisation, and efficiency gains.
*
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions.
What You Bring
*
4+ years' experience delivering complex NetSuite implementations, enhancements, or optimisation projects.
*
Deep understanding of finance, supply chain, or CRM business processes, with the ability to influence at a senior stakeholder level.
*
Proven experience preparing functional specifications and working closely with development teams.
*
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*
NetSuite certifications highly regarded; relevant degree in Business, IT, Accounting, or a related field.
*
Experience mentoring or leading junior consultants is a plus.
