    Role & Responsibilities

    * Conduct complex business requirement analysis
    * Provide advice and implementation options to key stakeholders
    * Lead and deliver these enhancements through our enhancement methodology
    * Build out the existing implementation to utilise currently unused functionality
    * Promote a knowledgeable NetSuite perspective across the organisation
    * Be open and proactive to business needs and find solutions to those needs within the system
    * Be an ambassador for NetSuite, demonstrated through vision and execution

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Highly experienced NetSuite user
    * Past experience in a Consultant position, ideally with NetSuite experience
    * Experience working alongside a finance team
    * Knowledge on building-out a NetSuite solution
    * Understanding of the internal NetSuite structure from a workflow perspective including relationship basis of modules and functions
    * Ability to demonstrate cross-business understanding
    * Understand the Professional Services Automation component of NetSuite
    * Highly desirable - workflow and development knowledge

    NetSuite Finance Systems Specialist

    Job description

    Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Finance Systems Specialist's remit will be the construction and improvement of all finance systems to deliver the Group's objectives.

    Key responsibilities:
    * Manage the NetSuite finance system
    * Support NetSuite integration into other key software applications
    * Monitor and track Finance requests and incidents, identifying trends and root causes
    * Lead on testing finance system updates
    * Build a strong control framework around the finance systems
    * Staff training for new users and new updates on the system
    * Engage with 3rd parties providing integration and other services.
    * Maintain key system processes and training documents
    * Support finance teams to meet their reporting requirements - adhoc, month end and year end deliverables

    Essential skills
    * NetSuite experience at administrator/super user level is a must
    * Experienced with project delivery
    * Self-starter who takes accountability
    * Excellent stakeholder management skills
    * Demonstrates a desire to continuously improve processes and outputs
    * Strong communication and presentational skills
    * Flexible and able to work in a changeable, dynamic environment

    Desired skills
    * Technology or Fintech sector experience
    * Wider appreciation of external factors and obligations including legal and other factors (PE firm)
    * Experience working with consolidation systems
